We spent the last decade sweating the details on our electric blow heater. It started in OEM manufacturing, and now it’s out there on the global front lines. The whole point was simple: build an infrared heater that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the best in the world, and do it in a way that respects the grit of modern industrial work.
Power, Voltage, Size—Tailored for the Job
At the heart of it is a high-power infrared tube, built to throw heat exactly where you need it, fast. It runs on a 400V input and hits 2500W of output. That’s a lot of heat packed into a small footprint—perfect when you need intense, focused heat in tight spaces. And the tube? It’s 300mm long, a size that slips into standard heating chambers without forcing you to rework the whole setup.
The Stuff That Stays Tough When the Heat Is On
We filled the quartz tube with halogen, so the output stays steady even when you’re flipping the power on and off like a switch. Inside, a specialized coating fights off thermal wear and keeps the infrared transmission consistent. And for the electrical connection, we went with an R7s connector. It handles the 400V load safely, and it makes the unit a simple drop-in swap in existing fixtures. No fuss.
Built for PET Blowing—and the Days That Go With It
This configuration was made for PET blowing, where you need molds and preforms warmed quickly and evenly. The high heat density cuts cycle time, but let’s be honest—it also asks more of your machine. Your cooling system needs to be up to the task, or the ambient heat will wear things down faster than you’d like. For the engineers running the line, this heater gives you a heat profile you can count on, shift after shift. The R7s connector keeps installation quick, so you’re not wrestling with it on the shop floor. We didn’t design this thing for brochures.
