It packs the heat into a tight spot, so you can warm up the parison in a flash without turning the whole machine into a sauna. And that 300mm length? It’s a perfect match for the standard heating zone on SBO 16 lines, so the heat hits exactly where it needs to.
What It’s Made Of
At the heart of this lamp is a shortwave infrared halogen element, snug inside a high-purity quartz tube. The halogen keeps the filament steady, even when things get scorching hot. And we went with an R7s connector because it gives you a solid, two-point connection. It can handle the current without sparking or arcing.
