We use heavy-wall quartz that can handle the stress of high-voltage arcs and constant thermal cycling without bowing or warping. Plus, the connectors are built to the exact Sidel tolerances. You just wire them up. No hacking, no modifying the lamp holders, no frustration. Putting them to work These are true drop-in replacements. You won’t have to spend your whole weekend recalibrating your oven profile. But a quick heads-up: high-density infrared lamps put out a massive amount of heat in a very tight space. If your cooling fans are clogged or your airflow is blocked, these lamps will run hotter than the originals. That’ll eat away at the life of the quartz.
