We fixed that by using reinforced quartz glass and shifting where the electrodes sit. It helps the lamp breathe through those thermal expansion cycles without snapping or leaking gas while the line is screaming along at full speed. And we didn’t mess with the connectors. They’re standard industrial parts, so you can just wire them into your existing sockets. No modifications, no fuss. The fit is tight, too. That’s important because it stops arcing—which is a silent killer for lamps in high-vibration environments. The reality check At the end of the day, these lamps are about keeping your line moving and cutting down on those annoying mid-shift replacements.
