Why the Quartz Matters

We use high-temp silicone gaskets because they don’t warp or degrade even when the unit is heating up and cooling down all day.
A Few Things to Watch Out For
These units are beasts when it comes to heat density, which means they dry things out fast. But you can’t just toss them into any random ceiling. Since they pull a lot of power, you need to make sure your wiring is thick enough to handle the load. Otherwise, you’ll deal with voltage drops. And please, give them some breathing room. If you cram these into a tight soffit with no airflow, the thermal cut-off will keep tripping just to keep the unit from overheating. You get incredible heat and peace of mind, but you’ve got to give the hardware the space it needs to work.
